Help with series sorting in Pocketbook

Hello, I have a Pocketbook Touch Lux 5 and I have noticed that in the series that have short novels, the series number does not appear correctly.
I mean if the number of the series is 4.5 only appears the 4 when the calibre if I put 4.5.
Is there any way to display the whole number?

I believe the Pocketbook library only shows the "number in series" as an integer, so you won't see intermediate (decimal) numbers.

I either completely renumber the series in Calibre myself, or merge the intermediates into one file (merge 4.5 to the end of 4 etc).

Something you could test is editing the column of the database.

Back up the explorer3.db file before doing this though

Open the explorer 3 database and change the column type of series index to a decimal or float

I had a crack at making the changes, they seem to have taken... still only showing integer values in the library though. Perhaps it's coded into the library app itself?
