I'm seeing the same thing as Albert on my Arch machine. The user agent stylesheet is overriding the epub's bolding on headers. I think... I'm not sure now that I read Kevin's post about the line-through. I do know that I see no physical change in preview when changing the header from bold to normal in my css.
